Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Myora's website, mobile app or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Myora Ltd ("Myora", "we", "us", "our").
Myora Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16694154), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
Our services
Myora provides an AI-powered preventive health and wellness programme designed to help individuals adopt healthier habits and reduce the risk of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Our services include wellness assessments, personalised coaching delivered through WhatsApp and our mobile app, progress tracking, and — where offered — rewards for improved health outcomes.
Myora is a wellness programme, not a medical service. Our coaching, assessments and insights do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concern, and never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something Myora has told you. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Myora. By using our services you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Where Myora offers rewards for achieving verified health outcomes, the eligibility criteria, verification requirements and payment timing will be made clear to you within the programme. Rewards are subject to those criteria being met and verified, and we may vary or withdraw a rewards scheme where we reasonably need to.

Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we work to provide accurate and helpful coaching, we do not guarantee any specific health outcome — results depend on individual engagement and circumstances.
We are not responsible for:

Interruptions, delays or errors in the availability of our services

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Limitation of liability

Termination
We may suspend or end your access to our services if you breach these terms or use our services in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using Myora at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are significant we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
